Sunset Island Resort - Guest Comments

This is the second year we have stayed at Sunset Island Resort.Unfortunately we could only stay 3 and a bit weeks this year but once again it was a great place to stay. Sue and Graham you were great .Thank you for helping me when I needed medical help. I"ll just have to get fitter if we want to stay next year. The distant to Cavill Ave seems to have stretched or maybe it is old age catching up with us!

This resort was THE BEST I have ever stayed at! Secure Parking, Close to everything (I walked everywhere). Sparkling clean rooms that are very well equipped, Excellent customer service from the very professional people behind the counter! I am not one to normally write a review unless it is excellent! This was no exception and I have highly recommended this place to friends and family, I will be coming back :)

Lovely customer service they were a great help! Really enjoyed our stay. You could hear a wee bit of extra noise from other rooms however it didn't phase us that much. Pool and spa area is great!

Just want to come by and say thank you so much for your hospitality during our stay at your apartment over this past week. We've had such an enjoyable time and Sunset Is. was just what we needed, your service and our perfectly room with the view had much of the contribution towards our enjoyment. Unfortunately its back to reality now, work and families but it was good to be away from all and revive ourselves. We would surely recommend your service to others. Thank you again!

We recently stayed at Sunset Island Resort after arranging a last minute holiday on a tight budget. We were delighted to pull up outside a well kept, clean apartment building with secure parking.
We were even more surprised to discover our apartment was not only well maintained, clean, bright and airy, but we also had lovely city views from two balconies.
Shops, entertainment and the beach were but a short walk away.
Most of all, I would like to thank the friendly, honest and helpful staff who went out of their way to assist us when we left our keys behind and ensured we got to the airport in time. THANKYOU

Helen and I recently stayed at the Sunset Island Resort for eight nights earlier this month and just cant say enough about the hosts-Graham & Sue-they were just the best and made the stay extremely enjoyable.
As we tend to escape to the coast about three times annually and have typically always stayed in Broadbeach we thought trying a bit closer to the "hub"of the coast was worth a try and realy liked the ease of a five minute walk into Cavill Ave where you have no concerns re parking etc.
The room was fresh,clean and was positioned around the heated pool,spa and bbq area which was all magnificent.
We genuinely give this place a fifteen out of ten and cant wait to get back and spend time with Graham and Sue at the SUNSET ISLAND RESORT.

It has it all... Great owners very helpful and friendly... Terrific accomodation in a very good/near to new/ condition and top clean :))) Pool and spa with BBQ area ... Very quiet place to stay which was a must :))) and very close to the shops in Cavill Avenue and close to the beach ....
We will be back like Arnold Schwarzeneger in Terminator .... We loved it... un grand luxe a un prix tres tres raisonable :))) I give you 5 stars :)))
